FLOOF NEST – REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY
At Floof Nest, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to feel confident in their purchase.

REFUNDS
If you're not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the product must be unopened, unused, and returned in its original sealed packaging.
We reserve the right to decline refunds for products that have been opened or used. All refund decisions are made at our discretion.

REPLACEMENTS
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost. To qualify, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at info@floofnest.com with your order number and a description (or photo) of the issue.

RETURNS
All returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during the return shipping process.

FULFILlMENT
All orders will be processed and fulfilled within 3-5 business days. 

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may have already entered processing or shipment, and only a partial refund may be issued.
